Senior pictures are the reason I started Claire Petersen Photography. I adore the one-on-one sessions and making you feel like a rockstar! (Also, I’m a girlie girl raising 2 boys, so give me all the flowers and fashion!) I promise to make you feel comfortable and confident behind the lens! My goal is to make you genuinely laugh and have fun during your session so you remember the joy of this season forever! I will be your biggest cheerleader/hype girl during your shoot! You deserve to have the best time creating memories of senior year and everything you find special about it.
And here’s a little something about me: I didn’t have this kind of senior photography experience. I didn’t get the one-on-one time with a photographer helping me feel confident, seen, and beautiful during such a vulnerable season of life. I struggled with self-confidence for a long time, and looking back now, wish I could’ve seen myself the way others did back then.
It’s what drives me to create a senior photography experience that feels personal, empowering, and completely different from the traditional senior photos most people expect. Most seniors bring 3-4 outfits, which gives you a good mix of looks without feeling rushed. We’ll plan everything ahead of time so your session flows effortlessly and you get a variety of images.
We’ll start your session by creating a game plan together, deciding which outfit works best for each location so everything flows seamlessly. You’re always welcome to bring 1–2 extra options, and I’ll help you narrow it down so you feel confident and love every single look.
