Senior photos are where this dream began, and they’re still my absolute favorite sessions. I love the chance to connect one-on-one with each senior, build their confidence, and create an experience that feels fun, personal, and completely unforgettable. Whether you’re full of ideas or just know you want to feel amazing in your photos, I’m here to bring your vision to life — and capture images you’ll truly be proud of.
I’m based in Avoca, Iowa, and when I’m not photographing seniors, I’m chasing around my two energetic boys. Candid, personality-packed photos are my favorite kind — whether it’s of my wild crew or your milestone moment.
I met and married my husband in Omaha in 2013, and while I never pictured myself in a small town, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I still make every excuse to wander the Old Market and grab sushi or coffee whenever I can!

Q: What sets you apart from other photographers?
A: My goal for senior sessions is to give your senior an experience they will cherish forever. I want to build up their confidence and make them feel like a rockstar for even just one evening, and give them photos they are proud of. I want them to feel comfortable in their own skin and produce images that are confidence building during such an impressionable time. I will give prompts and positively guide your senior through the session to create images that bring out their fullest, truest smile and capture who they really are. Both senior sessions include a style guide to help the planning process and discussions with me to tailor the session to exactly what you want it to be!
Q: Will we get the print release to our photos?
A: Yes! The print release is included in your contract. .
Q: What is your turn around time?
A: I guarantee 4-6 weeks but strive to get them back to you sooner!
Q: Will my photos be posted publicly on your site or social media?
A: I completely respect your privacy and allow each client to decide whether or not they want their photos displayed publicly. I’d love to show off you & your images, if you’re on board! If not, that's okay, too!
Q: Will you Photoshop my images to hide any unwanted blemishes, etc?
A: Minor edits will be made to all of your images, but I believe our imperfections are what make us beautiful & unique. If there are specific edits you want, these will be charged according to the number and complexity of edits.
