Omaha Graduation Group Session | Grad Crew Experience with Nebraska Methodist Nursing Grads
Four Nebraska Methodist nursing grads. Years of hard work. One unforgettable celebration. This cap and gown photo session was filled with laughter, friendship, and all the joy that comes with finally saying, ‘We did it.’
Some sessions are joyful from the very first click… and this one was exactly that. This group nursing graduation session in Omaha was such a celebration of friendship, perseverance, and a season that deserves to be honored well. Four incredible friends, all graduating from the Nebraska Methodist nursing program, came together to mark the end of years of hard work, and we made sure their photos felt just as meaningful (and fun) as the journey that got them here.
Celebrating Nebraska Methodist Nursing Grads in Omaha
Graduating from nursing school is no small feat. Between clinicals, exams, long nights (thank you Alani), and leaning on one another to get through it all, these four grads truly earned every moment of celebration.
They chose to do a group graduation session so they could celebrate together, laughing, cheering each other on, and soaking up the accomplishment side by side. Group graduation sessions like this are one of my favorite ways to document college milestones because they capture not just the achievement, but the friendships formed along the way.
Personal Details That Made This Session Extra Special
One of the things I loved most about this session was how thoughtfully these grads made it their own. They brought props that represented their nursing journey including stethescopes, balloons, books, and saline flushes. Little details like these help tell the full story of what this season looked like: the studying, the clinicals, and the commitment it took to get here.
And because nursing school often means a lot of late nights, they also brought Alanis to cheers together, a fun nod to the caffeine-fueled memories they’ll always share.
I brought along a graduation cap for them to use throughout the session, and we wrapped up the evening with champagne pops to celebrate in the most joyful way possible.

Fall Magic in the Old Market | Amaiya’s Second Senior Photo Session in Omaha
From flowers and sunshine to fall layers and golden leaves, Amaiya’s Omaha senior pictures capture every side of her story. Her second session in the Old Market was the perfect cozy chapter in her Senior Membership experience.
When I first met Amaiya this summer, we kicked off her senior story surrounded by flowers and sunshine. Her first session was all about color, warmth, and water… a celebration of her bright spirit and the excitement of everything ahead.
Fast forward a few months, and round two brought a whole new vibe. This time, we traded summer light for cozy layers and fall colors, wandering through the Old Market in Omaha, chasing golden leaves, and soaking in every bit of that crisp autumn air. Amaiya showed up with the cutest outfits and a vision for cozy, colorful photos that matched the season perfectly.
One of my favorite moments? A stop at her favorite candy shop — where a handful of lollipops turned into some of the sweetest, most playful images. It was such a fun nod to her personality and a perfect reminder that senior photos should always feel like you.
Amaiya chose my Senior Membership, which means her senior year gets told through more than one season. We get to capture the full story: from the excitement of summer to the nostalgia of fall (and sometimes even more). Watching how my seniors change and grow between sessions is truly one of my favorite parts of what I do. I love catching up and chatting all things senior year!
Each season brings a new chapter, a new mood, and a new chance to celebrate who they’re becoming, and Amaiya has embraced every bit of it.
If you’re dreaming of Omaha senior pictures that feel personal, playful, and true to your story, my Senior Membership might be the perfect fit. Together, we’ll capture your senior year in every season because one session just isn’t enough to tell it all!
Senior Spotlight: Kensie’s Dreamy Castle Session in Omaha
Kensie’s senior session in Omaha had it all: city architecture, lush greenery, and even a castle! Her portraits reflect her style, her dreams of becoming an architect, and her joyful personality.
Every once in a while, a senior session comes together in the most magical way … and Kensie’s did just that. ✨
When Kensie and I started planning her Omaha senior photography session, she had one big request: she wanted a castle in her photos. As someone who dreams of becoming an architect, it was the perfect way to tie her future goals into her portraits. Coordinating time at the castle proved tricky at first, but I had a backup plan ready just in case.
On the day of her session, I finally got the green light. When we met at our first location, I told her the exciting news that we would, in fact, get to photograph at a castle, and the joy on her face made my whole week.
We started her senior portraits in Omaha with a mix of downtown architecture and lush greenery, giving her images a blend of modern city style and natural beauty.
Then it was off to the castle, where Kensie looked absolutely stunning in a flowing white and blue dress. Together, we wandered the grounds, explored the architecture, and created portraits that felt unique, personal, and so her.
Even with the Nebraska heat and humidity, Kensie never let it show. She radiated joy and made the entire experience unforgettable.
Kensie’s session was the perfect example of what I love most about being a Nebraska senior photographer — helping each senior bring their vision to life and capturing their personality in a way that feels genuine and timeless.
