Omaha Graduation Group Session | Grad Crew Experience with Nebraska Methodist Nursing Grads
Four Nebraska Methodist nursing grads. Years of hard work. One unforgettable celebration. This cap and gown photo session was filled with laughter, friendship, and all the joy that comes with finally saying, ‘We did it.’
Some sessions are joyful from the very first click… and this one was exactly that. This group nursing graduation session in Omaha was such a celebration of friendship, perseverance, and a season that deserves to be honored well. Four incredible friends, all graduating from the Nebraska Methodist nursing program, came together to mark the end of years of hard work, and we made sure their photos felt just as meaningful (and fun) as the journey that got them here.
Celebrating Nebraska Methodist Nursing Grads in Omaha
Graduating from nursing school is no small feat. Between clinicals, exams, long nights (thank you Alani), and leaning on one another to get through it all, these four grads truly earned every moment of celebration.
They chose to do a group graduation session so they could celebrate together, laughing, cheering each other on, and soaking up the accomplishment side by side. Group graduation sessions like this are one of my favorite ways to document college milestones because they capture not just the achievement, but the friendships formed along the way.
Personal Details That Made This Session Extra Special
One of the things I loved most about this session was how thoughtfully these grads made it their own. They brought props that represented their nursing journey including stethescopes, balloons, books, and saline flushes. Little details like these help tell the full story of what this season looked like: the studying, the clinicals, and the commitment it took to get here.
And because nursing school often means a lot of late nights, they also brought Alanis to cheers together, a fun nod to the caffeine-fueled memories they’ll always share.
I brought along a graduation cap for them to use throughout the session, and we wrapped up the evening with champagne pops to celebrate in the most joyful way possible.

Golden Hour Wildflowers: Clara’s Senior Photos
Clara’s senior session was soft, golden, and full of wildflower magic. She came in with a vision—light greens & butter yellow, pastures, and the dreamiest outfits—and together we brought it to life in the heart of a beautiful state park. From creative motion blur to a sweet Polaroid keepsake, this session was filled with laughter, light, and personal touches every step of the way.
Clara came into her senior session with a clear vision—and I was so excited to bring it to life. She dreamed of wide open pastures, soft greens, and wildflower-filled fields, and that’s exactly where we headed. We shot in a gorgeous state park that gave us the perfect mix of natural beauty and dreamy light.
Her favorite colors? Light green and pale yellow. And let me tell you—she nailed it. Every outfit she chose was perfectly on brand for her vision, and it made styling her gallery feel so cohesive and intentional. Since we kept her color palette soft and simple, I leaned into creativity with posing and played around with motion blur to give her a fun mix of images. (It’s now one of my favorite things to incorporate!)
We had the best time—so many laughs, a few twirls, and a whole lot of golden hour magic. I guided her through all the poses, but Clara brought the energy, the joy, and those natural smiles that made the whole gallery shine.
And to top it all off, I surprised her with an adorable Polaroid from the shoot to take home. She loved the little keepsake and the film vibe—and honestly, so did I. It’s the sweetest way to remember the day.
This session was such a beautiful reminder of why I love working with seniors who know what they want and trust me to make it happen. Clara, you were a dream to photograph!

Senior Year in Full Color: Why Senior Memberships Are the Ultimate Experience
From summer roses to cap and gown confetti, Molly’s senior sessions show just how much magic happens when you document more than one moment. With a senior membership, we captured her story across seasons — and celebrated every chapter along the way. If you're dreaming of senior photos that feel like you in every way, this is for you.
One of my favorite things about being a senior photographer in Omaha is getting to offer senior memberships- sessions that stretch across seasons and milestones, letting each senior tell their full story.
For seniors who want different seasons, cap and gown pictures, or even best friend sessions, the membership gives them space to celebrate it all.
Molly was the perfect example. She stepped in front of my camera four times throughout her senior year — and while every session was beautiful, I’m sharing two that really show what’s possible when you don’t have to squeeze it all into one day.
We started early — like summer-before-senior-year early — with a beautiful session at Memorial Park’s rose garden. The roses were in full bloom, and the sunshine added such a dreamy glow. It gave Molly a chance to get her full senior session done before the school year even began, and the confidence boost and excitement it gave her heading into senior year? So worth it.
Then, as graduation approached, we had one last celebratory session — and it was everything. Cap and gown photos, a confetti pop, and a sweet nod to her next chapter: Iowa State University. We captured those moments at her high school and a nearby park, bringing it full circle from where her year started to where it was all leading.
What I love about senior memberships is how they let us tell the whole story — not just a highlight reel. Whether it’s sun-soaked florals in summer, bestie moments in the fall, or tossing your cap in the spring, you don’t have to choose just one vibe. So much can change over the course of senior year — your confidence grows, your friendships deepen, and your plans for the future start to take shape. A membership lets us capture every part of that transformation, not just a snapshot of one day. I love seeing my seniors more than once — checking in, cheering them on, and capturing how they grow through the year. It’s the kind of connection and creativity that just doesn’t fit into a single session.
Molly made the most of her time in front of the camera, and I’m so thankful she trusted me to celebrate these chapters with her.
Thinking about doing more than one session for senior year? A senior membership offers more value than booking multiple standalone sessions — and gives you the flexibility to choose when and how you want to celebrate your year.
Let’s create something totally yours — every season, every milestone. I’d love to hear your vision.
xo, Claire
